In view of the socio-health emergency caused by COVID-19, we propose a webinar with different solutions that photonic technologies and other Deep Tech can offer to face this global challenge.
Measures are needed to protect the health care workers who attend patients every day. In case of collapse of health care centers, cheap and fast solutions for patient ventilation will be required in case of collapse of hospitals and health care centers. In order to talk to isolated patients in the ICU, intercommunication systems are needed.
What can innovative companies do in this situation? Precisely, the European Commission has just closed a call for SMEs and startups to look for innovative solutions to tackle Coronavirus outbreak that some of you have applied for.
We propose this webinar as a brainstorming, proposals and solutions that we will collect in a document and send to public institutions and press.
This free webinar is going to be held in Spanish and is addressed to:
- Technicians and Innovation Directors from companies in fields such as Telecommunications, Defence and Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, Agro-alimentary, etc.
- Researchers from R&D centres and companies that are experts in photonic and quantum technologies.
