We encourage you to join us in the Philips Innovation Services Roadshow that secpho is organizing in collaboration with their MEMS and Microdevices Unit on Friday, 24 January 2020 in Eindhoven.

This 1-day roadshow will give you the opportunity to not only get to know their facilities located at Strijp-S, but also to learn some insights of Philips Innovation Services. Strijp-S is the creative, design and innovation district of the city of Eindhoven. This former Philips industrial plant has grown into a vibrant urban area that offers a unique mix of working, living, learning and all kinds of leisure facilities that lead to casual meetings. Besides it being home to a number of renown multinational technology companies (i.e. Philips, Bosch, Gibson, Amazon) and knowledge institutes (i.e. Singularity University, Dutch Design Foundation), Strijp-S houses a great number of highly innovative SME’s, start-ups and scale-ups.

The aim of this roadshow is to foster an exchange and cooperation between Spanish photonics entities and the Philips Innovation Services. Their slogan “making innovation work” is not only Philip’s drive but also their deliverable in order to create the bridge from idea to market for each innovation journey. Our slogan “collaborate to innovate” will be the ideal way to make it happen.

Philips has a 125+ year heritage of innovation. Innovation and entrepreneurship are deeply rooted in their organization. Driven by their deep technical creativity, they take on the highly complex challenges and strive to be a partner to all involved in bringing innovations to the market. As Philips continuously work with industry leaders, they are able to identify synergies and best practices across innovations and industries. It is their ambition to drive widely used platforms and to invest in expertise that is key for the future ambitions of Philips: Adaptive Intelligence Implementation, Connectivity & IoT, Test & Verification, Circular Economy, Industry 4.0 and NBX Expert Pool. The team of Philips Innovation Services is constantly striving to partner up i the following ways:

  • Outsourcing of development projects
  • Engineering of samples and prototypes
  • Series production
  • Onsite technology support
  • Industry and technology consultancy
  • Team extension with specific competences

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to visit the team of Philips Innovation Services at Strijp-S.
