One of cluster objectives is helping the innovative SMEs to boost their growth in photonics area. For that, the most important thing is financing. As a result, SECPhO, being a board of programme committee member, is happy to announce the launch of the application period for the Invest in Photonics event. It will take place in Bordeaux, France on 9-10th of October, 2014.
Invest In Photonics offers a unique opportunity to pitch in front of investors for innovative SMEs focused on the five following targeted sectors:
- Environment and Energy Efficiency,
- Life Sciences,
- Consumer Electronics,
- Aerospace and Transport,
- 3D Printing & Advanced Manufacturing.
Prior to the event, a panel of 20 selected SMEs will be coached by photonic experts and financial advisors from Yole Finance to be ready for their 3 minutes presentation. Each presentation will be followed by a 2 minutes questions/answers session.
