AllRead Machine Learning Technologies is a young, fast-growing, Computer Vision Spin-Off. We are on the lookout for top talent to join our fast-growing, Computer Vision Spin-Off.

AllRead MLT has created a Deep Learning based software for reading and digitizing any kind of text, codes or symbols appearing in industrial processes, with the highest accuracy. Its mission is to improve efficiency and data management in Logistics, Utilities and Industry 4.0.. Funded by Mobile World Capital Barcelona, AllRead MLT is backed by the Computer Vision Center of Catalonia (UAB).

As a Computer Vision Engineer at AllRead MLT – in close cooperation with our CTO and development team – you will work on building AllRead’s image processing library and you will be responsible for the design and development of the different use case solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of computer vision algorithms and functionalities
  • Maintain and fix existing code base
  • Manage AllRead’s computer vision algorithms in our cloud platform and mobile apps
  • Manage quality assurance and benchmarks

Required skills and profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years work experience in Computer Vision:
    • background subtraction, tracking, local feature matching, object detection, geometry, image filtering, video processing, etc.background subtraction, tracking, local feature matching, object detection, geometry, image filtering, video processing, etc.
    • experience with full system design is a plus. Camera setup, illumination, integration, etc.
    • experience with edge computing with RPi, Jetson or Movidius is a plus
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in OpenCV, PIL, skLearn libraries
  • Knowledge on Deep Learning with Tensorflow library is a plus
  • Ability to manage workload and self-prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently or in collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (especially Scrum)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Svn, …)
