Leitat are looking for a person with experience in printed electronics, preferably with knowledge in printed photovoltaics, to executed funded European projects (H2020) and private offers. The position requires a high level of experimental skills to operate printing equipment and an analytical mindset for design and innovation experiments. Within the field of photovoltaics, experience in the characterization of printed devices is required, from the opto-electronic point of view as well as stability. Knowledge in integration of printed devices in different products and simulation and modelling of electronic devices will be valued. It requires: High level of English and ability to write technical reports.

Job Location: LEITAT Technological Center. Headquarter Terrassa (Barcelona) – Spain
Role:
- Execution of projects in printed electronics.
- Manufacturing and characterization of devices for energy.
- Writing technical reports, scientific publications, etc.
Education
- Required: Master/PhD in Materials Science or Master/PhD in Electronic Engineering.
- Preferred: Master/PhD in Science (Physics/Chemistry) or engineering (Physics/Telecommunications).
Experience
- Manufacture of printed devices, preferably photovoltaic cells.
- Knowledge in advanced characterization of photovoltaic devices.
- Writing reports and technical presentations.
- Writing of scientific publications.
Other requirements:
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Computer Language: Office user and LabView.
- Modelling of solar cells and / or electronic devices.
- Knowledge in preparation of R & D proposals and / or private offers will be valued.
Skills: Handling equipment and printing techniques such as spin coating, screen printer, dip coating, Dr. Blade, rotogravure, etc. Development of photovoltaic cell manufacturing, scaling and test bench protocols. Optoelectronic characterization.
Competences: Creativity and flexibility in combination with analytical, organizational and communication skills. Teamwork in multidisciplinary projects.
