FYLA is seeking for a new staff member for keeping the company fast growth and pushing the market penetration of our current and on going unique All-fiber laser and modules portfolio, making possible the link between our unique technologies, and our brand as main values towards engaging with high end laser based Industry and Scientific target markets, trends and actors.

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an individual with a scientific background in Physics/Optics or other related fields that wants a career unifying Science and Technology with Business. The Inside Sales Liaison provides technology and market Insights information and data evidence, Trade and Competitors analysis, pre-sales support for the Business growth area on scientific and Industrial customers demands, across the full line of FYLA products, applications and markets. She/He will be actively managing the SCIENTIFIC market accounts of the company, and opening new ones.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and promote the SCIENTIFIC FYLA Market & Sales – Responsible Periodically to visit congresses, forumsand key events, and to Analyze & Capture & Report new applications and new sectors/client opportunities demands, Public Tenders and Scientific business opportunities by accurately qualifying customer inquiries and trends, linked to company current portfolio and future Roadmap product strategy.
  • Providing real-time technical support on customers and new leads requests, to a broad variety of complexapplications in technical fields across the full line of FYLA products, applications and markets.
  • Interface with R&D and OEM Business Growth Team, to understand and feed the Company Product Roadmap, state of products development and sales funnel alignment, while screening continuously on market and Technology trends, to understand and discover further applications and markets to penetrate, seeing the technical nature of problems they face, allowing FYLA to market and offer innovative laser solutions to new customers with the rightmessage and context.
  • Responsible for FYLA’s E-B2B and E-Sales frame and channel, including but not limited to actively promote FYLA in LinkedIn, Research Gate, Laser Forums, Specialised groups, and keeping alive our E-Interaction side.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or physical or fundamental Science with a PHD
  • Ideally with +2 years experience on product or application development – Sales
  • Social Profile, able to talk and interact with different profiles, Skills and communication contexts – Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Transversal Knowledge in laser and its applications, including but not limited to Bio-Imaging & Diagnostics, Metrology & Inspection, Materials processing & Advanced Manufacturing, and optical comms. or related fields.
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working proactively
  • Technically competent and scientifically curious.
