IMASENIC designs custom CMOS image sensors. It develops the image sensor, takes care of the production and integrates it into turn-key imaging solutions, which often exceed customers’ expectations.

IMASENIC was founded in 2017, stemming from decades of experience in the image sensor world and in solid state electronics, for markets going from niche to consumer size. It is based in Barcelona.

IMASENIC has a deep knowledge of imaging applications and technologies, from VIS to NIR/UV/X-ray as well as charged particles and neutrons, and technologies, from conventional CMOS and CCD to photon counting and hybrid sensors. In its portfolio are: high dynamic range imagers, ultra-high speed (up to 5Mfps) megapixel imagers, very large area imagers for X-ray digital imaging and transmission electron microscopy, back-side illuminated imagers, global and rolling shutter imagers, low noise, ultra-thin imagers. IMASENIC help customers refining their initial wishes and dreams and to make them into manufacturable products. IMASENIC designs are manufactured in state-of-art CMOS technologies.
