VISUM Palm
The VISUM Palm is a portable NIR analyser for real-time chemical composition determination of food and pharma products. Small and handy but robust and designed for industrial environments is perfect to be used for:
- Raw material identification; fast quality control of the incoming raw material in the warehouse to detect degradation, adulterations (food fraud) and for measuring the key quality parameters of the ingredients.
- On-site use for at-line control of key parameters for food product standardisation; fat, moisture and protein content determination, among others.
- Use as a flexible multiparametric portable monitoring system to analyse your product at Critical Process Parameters (CPP) along the line.
- Used for QC pharmaceutical content uniformity determination (Lab) and PAT coating determination (at-line).

VISUM InLine
The VISUM InLine is a NIR analyser for real-time and continuous chemical composition monitoring adapted to several types of geometries and unit operations (conveyor belts, pipes, tubes, etc.) and unit process machinery (e.g. blenders). Robust and designed for harsh industrial environments, is perfect for:
- Continuous monitoring of Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) (e.g. moisture, fat, sugar and protein content), ensuring measurement of all the product units and guaranteeing product standardisation.
- Real-time and simultaneous measurement of Critical Control Parameters (CCPs) for analysing the impact of the process on your product.
- Integration of advanced monitoring systems with your sorting processes, to reduce false- negatives and false-positive warnings.

The VISUM HSI is an in-line HyperSpectral Imaging analyser for real-time monitoring of product quality with spatial information that extends artificial vision to chemical sight. A high-precision and designed for harsh industrial environments system ideal for:
- Detecting materials that go far beyond those typically detected (plastics, cardboard, stones, metals, etc.) using the traditional methods (artificial vision, metal detectors, X-ray detectors, etc.).
- Chemical or physical quality parameters quantification.
- In-line monitoring of product distribution to ensure the homogeneity and quantity of ingredients desired in each product unit.
